Kids make forever friends. The heated pool provides hours of fun in any weather. Also, our protected harbor with handrails provides countless hours of family fishing!!

For Everyone Bring your boat, kayak, tubes, floaties or Jet Ski. Rent a boat or pontoon.  Interesting and educational side trips in the area. Check out the Forest History Center, Deep Portage Conservation Reserve, Itasca State Park and the Chippewa National Forest. Other nearby activities include beaches, ATV trails, golf courses, casinos, summer concerts, Native American Pow Wows, museums, scenic drives, a wild animal petting park, restaurants, antique shops and shopping.

Pets Sugar Point understands that pets are part of the family. The resort accepts quiet, well behaved pets for a daily or weekly fee.

Open May through September. Sugar Point Resort is located on the east shore of Leech Lake, south of the Federal Dam, in Cass County, MN. Leech Lake is Minnesota’s 3rd Largest Lake, with 111,527 acres of prime angling water.
