For a moment, close your eyes and imagine yourself on our pontoon “limo” on your way to our exclusive, remote, yet accessible resort, located on a peninsula with  1/4 mile of shoreline and over ¼ million acres of waterway that includes Voyageur’s National Park, the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, and Canadian waterways.

This is one of two locations that we offer. At this location, you may choose from housekeeping cottages, rooms, or a houseboat to spend your much deserved vacation.  Our cottages are clean and right on the water’s edge. Each includes a dock slip with bumpers and electricity (no extra charge) outside your cottage door.  Add one of our new pontoon or fishing boat rentals to your stay, they are the best in the area, and find yourself catching fish, exploring the miles of lakes, rivers and secluded bays, relaxing at a secluded beach, hiking wilderness trails, and much more – it’s your vacation, you choose. Our second location, which you can drive to, is the Lakeview Motel, located at 7533 Gold Coast Road. This location provides free parking for those guests at our boat accessible location. In addition, you may stay in one of the three comfortable, clean, ground level, lake front motel rooms or choose our two bedroom plus lake home to rent. Walk to and from restaurants, lounges, and gift stores. Most importantly, you would have free use of all the resort amenities at the boat accessible location along with choosing a rental boat of your choice.

Registered guests enjoy complimentary use of kayaks, paddleboards, paddle boats, beach area and use of canoes.

In addition, besides having top notch boat equipment, our returning guests at the resort tell us that our quiet, remote location, along with modern cottages and our excellent service is why they love coming back. Those who stay at our motel or lake home, love the fact that they can walk to a nearby restaurant, lounge, gift shop and be in the mix of things going on.

Family Related:

Enjoy our fun filled beach area. The beach faces south so the water warms up nicely. Swim, kayak, paddleboard and more!

Fishing Related:

Excellent, top of the line rental boats with GPS, trolling motors, live wells the works! Catch walleye, northern pike, muskie, small or large mouth bass, crappies, lake trout, hike to an inland lake for blue gills. Tackle store on site plus live bait.  Choose from minnows, leeches or night crawlers.
