Nightlife is available in Grand Rapids for those who want a little “wild” in their vacation. Birch Bay Resort has 5 cabins, all with private kitchens and bath rooms complete with shower. Birch Bay Resort is located on the South end of Wabana Lake, a lake not over-run by resorts and other vacationers.

The small store has many of the necessities you may forget and lots of grocery items including ice cream and pizza! Bait available at one of many bait shops in the area. Every cabin is provided with it’s own live well built into one of the docks, and every cabin is provided with dock space.

The Grand Rapids area has many things to do for adults and children alike; see the Showboat or go shopping at one of the many unique stores. There is the Judy Garland children’s museum, or take a really fun trip to the past at the Forest History Center! …..or never leave the resort at all, get away from TV, telephones and cell phones, at least for a while! Wi-Fi and cable TV (as well as TVs) available for a minimal charge.
