Located on Lake Kabetogama –Voyageurs National Park;  Minnesota’s only national park!  Pine Tree Cove Resort is located 30 miles south of the Canadian border. The resort has five fully furnished VERY nice, clean units. All units have Air Conditioning, Screen Porch, Wireless, Satellite TV, DVD player, Built in Microwave, Fully Equipped Kitchens, Decks, & Ceiling Fans. Cabins have knotty pine interiors, the enclosed screened-in porch which is so nice if it is windy or raining,  & tasteful northwoods decor.

We offer privacy, quietness, and relaxation! The cabins are not real close together and only five rental units, and this makes for elbow room.  One can hear loons often, see otter swim by, deer along premises, for this is truely an “Up North” and away from it all!  Northern Lights appear in the northern sky on cool nights often.

Three spacious 2-bedroom cabins have 2 baths, can accommodate 6-8 persons in up to 860 sq. ft. not including the Screen Porches, and have Large Decks with furniture. $1100/wk to $1125 for four people, sleeps up to eight people. $160/wk extra people each. Two of these cabins are at the end of the dock, and one is set back with a lake view in a wooded setting. A hilltop one bedroom cabin is $695/wk for two people, can accommodate up to 4; this cabin overlooks the resort and has a lake view.  A centrally located one bedroom cabin at $795 for 3 people, sleeps over 5 people; a large enclosed screen porch and deck with a ramp to the entrance!

New, Large dock system with breakwater to protect your boat and electricity at all slips. We have our own boat ramp.

We open the week end of Mn. fishing opener.  Prior to Memorial week and after Labor Day week, we will rent by a three day minimum, at 1/5 the weekly rate.

Pets welcome with permission and a fee.  Must have vaccine papers updated and presented.

Coin operated washer and dryer.

A dock space goes with each cabin. One may use a canoe and double kayak free of charge. There is a nice fish cleaning house to clean your own catch. Owners/managers on the premises.

Winter Related

Please experience Lake Kabetogama and Voyageurs National Park in winter. We are not open, but numerous places are.

Family Related

We love families! Cabins are large, and some with two baths! Fishing off the dock, swimming and just enjoying the calm of being by the water. Folks can gather at the central fire ring, and retire to their own cabin at day’s end. Explore all the national park has to offer.  There are numerous heritage sites, historic places and miles and miles of waterways connecting Lakes Kabetogama, Namakan, Crane, Sand Point, Ash River and a portage to Rainy. Beautiful natural setting, hundreds of islands, a boater’s paradise and of course, fishing is what we are best known for in Voyageurs!

Fishing Related

Our caretaker/manager is a helpful, knowledgeable fisher person. Lake Kabetogama is known for its Walleye catches, and the thrill of Northern Pike and Bass catching. Follow the fishing report weekly. The scenery is beautiful to enjoy as one is fishing, or boating and wildlife is all around.
